For preachers who post sermons online

You post a sermon. YouTube doesn’t tell everyone. We email them.

Lots of people who subscribed to your channel never hear about your new videos. Ask them for their email instead. Every time you post, they get a short summary of the sermon and a button to watch it.

Why your subscribers miss your sermons.

YouTube stops telling some people

If someone hasn’t watched you in a while, YouTube often stops telling them about your new videos. They never asked it to.

Facebook shows it to only a few

When you post a video, Facebook shows it to some of the people who follow your page. Most of them never see it.

An email always arrives

Everyone who gave you their email gets it, every time. Nobody decides that for you.

How it works. Three steps.

1

Ask viewers for their email

Put your sign-up link under your videos and say it at the end. People add their email in a few seconds.

sermontary.ai/c/yourname
2

Connect your YouTube, once

Click one button and say yes. That lets us read the words of your sermons straight from YouTube, so we can write each summary. We never post or change anything.

3

Post your sermon as usual

Paste the link to your new video. We write a short summary, you read it, and it goes out to everyone by email.

Coming soon

Soon we’ll notice new videos on our own, so you won’t even need to paste the link.

Recorded or live, it works the same.

You record first, then post

Once your video is up, paste the link. Your people get the email soon after.

  • Tuesday — you post the sermon on YouTube
  • Soon after — “Peace in the Storm” arrives in everyone’s email

You preach live

Send your live stream to Sermontary as well as to YouTube. It’s one extra setting in the software you stream with. The summary is ready when you finish.

  • 10:00 — “We’re live now — come and watch” Coming soon
  • 11:15 — “In case you missed it”, with the summary and the replay

What your people get by email.

  • A Watch button that opens your video
  • A short summary of the sermon in plain words, with the Bible verses you read
  • A way to share it with a friend, so they can sign up too
  • The best moments, each one opening the video at that point Coming soon

Peace in the Storm

When the storm hit, the disciples thought they were alone. Jesus was in the boat the whole time, and the same voice that calmed the sea still speaks into the storms we carry into this week.

04:10Jesus is in the boat with you
12:40Fear and faith can’t both steer the boat
27:05His word is stronger than the wind
